Hello new exchange students out there. My exchange year in Sydney was the best and most memorable time in my life. I have learned and experienced so much in my six months. I got to know so many different people, also from around the world. I was able to go surfing after school, to see kangaroos and koalas and to just enjoy my life. My host family was amazing and they were perfect for me.

It is actually really hard to put everything in just one message because there were so many incredible moments. Since five months I am back in my home country and there isn't a single day that I don't think about Australia.

I loved my time over there and also the feeling of being an exchange student and I would definitely do it over and over again.

If you are someone who wants to experience completely new things, who is open to a new culture and their people and doesn't get homesick that fast than DO an exchange year. I promise you it will change you, your view of life and how you see things. You will have an unforgettable time and I am sure you won't regret anything.
