Wiley Park Girls High School

Wiley Park Girls High School is a comprehensive high school in South Western Sydney. Our school community is enriched with 97% of students who speak a language other than English (including refugee students). It has a proud history of supporting a diverse student population & caters for the wellbeing and educational needs of girls. We differentiate for the needs of students at all levels, including gifted & talented students. The school currently employs four Community Liaison Officers.

WPGHS has a compressed curriculum school. In Yr11 study 3 Prelim and HSC courses, followed by a further 2 Prelim & HSC courses in Yr 12. In 2019, 5 courses produced Distinguishes Achievers.

Local area features

Wiley Park is on the Bankstown train line about 25 minutes from Sydney Central Business District. It has a number of bus services to Roselands and Bankstown shopping centres close by. Cultural groups include Arabic and Pacific communities as well as 68 ethnic backgrounds in the local community.
